SUSTAINING ETHICAL LEADERSHIP good --- BUT HAVE WE GOT THE CART BEFORE THE HORSE??

1) How can we hope to understand ethical behaviour, if we only look back?

2) Can we get to action before we have come to grips with our ethical reasoning?

A person can not get to moral action if s/he is incapable of moral thought.
